Adnan Al-Ghalai, Principal Advisor to Lakeshore TolTest Corporation, has more than 40 years of experience as a consultant in Petroleum Geology and Contract Negotiation (covering more than 20 years as practical petroleum geology in different Iraqi Fields). As a member of Iraqi-Geological Union and Iraqi-Geological Society, Mr Al-Ghalai has participated in more than 50 International geological-conferences, and has lectured in the Iraqi oil industry at many international conferences from London, to Kuala-Lampur and Istanbul.

Previous positions held include Deputy Director General of Petroleum Contracts and Licensing Directorate/ Ministry of Oil, Head of Contracts and Agreement/ Oil Exploration Company and Petroleum Geologist Advisor in the Natural Resources Agency/ Amman Jordan.
